Working with his Hands

Woodburn resident Dale Bradley has always worked with his hands, taking the skills from his printing press career to a hobby with woodworking.

Now, Bradley’s woodworking hobby is available for others to enjoy.

Bradley’s works will be on display at Cascade Park Retirement Community’s open house March 20 from 1 to 3 p.m. And he has numerous wood pieces on display in the Senior Estates library.

“I’ve never advertised,” he said. “It’s just a hobby. I’m not trying to make a living off of it. But I do like to sell enough to keep my hobby going. Lumber is expensive now, hardwood is pretty expensive.”
